DHAKA : To make customer service more accessible, bKash has opened 63 additional service centres. With this, customers across the country can now avail of direct services from a total of 356 centres. The nationwide centres provide a wide range of services to customers, including account opening, information updates, resolution of complaints, statement generation, technical support and other bKash services. Operating hours are generally from 10 AM to 7 PM (seven days a week, except government holidays). However, few centres have slightly different schedules depending on the locations. Users can easily find nearby customer care centres spread across all 64 districts from ‘bKash Map’ in the app anytime. To use the map, customers have to select ‘bKash Map’ after tapping bKash logo on the top right side of the app’s home screen. They have to turn on their location to use this feature and view the whole map. At the bottom of the map, the logo of ‘Customer Care’ has been placed. Customers can see nearby five customer care centres’ locations by tapping on ‘Customer Care’. They can also get directions through ‘Show Route’ option after tapping on the selected customer care point.
