Meghna Bank’s 196th Board Meeting was held

The 196 th meeting of the Board of Directors of Meghna Bank PLC. was held on 30 th July, 2025 at the Bank’s Head Office. The meeting was presided over by Uzma Chowdhury, Respectable Chairperson of the Bank. The Independent Directors- Mohammad Mamunul Hoque, Md. Rajab Ali, M. Nazrul Islam, Habibur Rahman and Md. Ali Akther Rezvi FCA were also present in the meeting.  At the outset of the meeting, Meghna Bank Securities Ltd. handed over the dividend warrant for the year ended 2024 to the Honorable Chairperson of Meghna Bank PLC, according to a press release.
