SJIBL provided financial support  to poor farmers, rickshaw pullers

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC provided financial assistance of Tk. 5.00 (Five Lac) to a poor farmer and rickshaw puller of Muradnagar Upazila of Cumilla District on 08thSeptember 2025 for the treatment of his wife& Child.The Managing Director (Current Charge) of the Bank, Imtiaz U. Ahmedhanded over the donation cheque to the poor farmer and rickshaw puller, Md. Mehedi Hasan, at a function organized at the Corporate Head Office of the Bank on 08thSeptember 2025.Among others, the SEVP &Company Secretary of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Md. Abul Bashar, the SAVP of the Bank Md. Jakir Hossain, the In- Charge of Public Relations Division and Bank Foundation K. M. Harunur Rashid and the Executive Officer of Bank FoundationMd. Kamal Miah were also present while handing over the cheque, a press release said.
