DHAKA : Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain confirmed that the long-awaited July Declaration is set to be announced soon.
He made the announcement in a Facebook post on Friday night.
In his post, Asif Mahmud highlighted the pivotal role of artists during the July Uprising, emphasizing their contributions in raising awareness and rallying public support.
In a separate post, Information and Broadcasting Adviser Md Mahfuj Alam also confirmed the announcement stating that the declaration would be formally declared by August 5.
“The July Declaration is now a reality,” Mahfuj wrote, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to keeping the spirit of the declaration alive.
“Thank you to everyone for keeping the Declaration alive in public consciousness and for paving the way for its implementation,” he added.
