The 27th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited held on 27 September 2025 through Digital Platform. Md. Ataur Rahman, Chairman, Board of Directors of BCBL presided over the meeting. Among others member the Board of Directors Md. Mohashin Miah, Kamrul Hoque Maruf and Shaikh Ashafuzzaman FCA and Managing Director & CEO of BCBL (C.C) Mohammad Ziaul Karim were present in the meeting. Md. Omar Faruk Bhuiyan, Company Secretary of BCBL along with various divisional head were also present in the meeting, a press release said.
The audits of the Bank for the year ended on December 31, 2024, the acceptance and approval of the reports of the Directors and Auditors along with the status sheet on that date and the appointment of auditors and remuneration for the year of 2025 were approved at the Annual General Meeting.
A significant number of shareholders attend spontaneously in the meeting. The meeting discussed various business topics and action plans for next year.
The Managing Director & CEO rendered special thanks and best wishes to the shareholders and others. Finally, the Chairman announced the completion of the meeting.
