Guardian Life Insurance Limited has officially announced a permanent end to all cash transactions with its customers. From now on, the company will conduct 100% of its premium collections and claim settlements through cashless methods, a press release said.

With this milestone, Guardian has become the first and only fully cashless insurance company in Bangladesh. Premiums can now be paid exclusively through mobile financial services (MFS) and banking channels, while all claim payments will be made directly to customers’ bank accounts.

This cashless move ensures greater transparency, accountability, and financial security for all parties involved. Customers can now pay premiums, track their claim status, and complete transactions conveniently from home — with a few clicks.

According to Guardian, this step is not merely a technological advancement but a leap forward in customer trust and service innovation, setting a new benchmark for the country’s insurance industry.
