DHAKA : Suzuki Bangladesh has achieved a historic milestone with the grand opening of its new service arena, the largest motorcycle service facility in Bangladesh and the largest within Suzuki’s global network. This landmark launch marks a significant step forward in enhancing the motorbike ownership experience and redefining service excellence in the country, reports UNB.
The newly inaugurated 22,000 square-foot world-class facility brings together Suzuki’s globally renowned 5S concept — Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Safety/Riding School, and Skill/Technician Training — all under one roof. This integrated model ensures that riders receive a seamless experience, from purchasing and maintaining their motorcycles to improving their riding skills and gaining technical expertise.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Imran Zaman Khan, Divisional Director of Automobile Division 3, and Kazi Ashiqur Rahman, Executive Director of Automobile Division 3, along with several other distinguished guests.
Speaking at the inauguration, Imran Zaman Khan, Divisional Director, Automobile Division 3, said, ““We are proud to introduce a facility that not only raises the benchmark for service quality in Bangladesh but also contributes to developing skilled riders and technicians. This is an important step in shaping the future of mobility and ensuring world-class service for our customers.”
Echoing the same sentiment, Quazi Ashiq Ur-Rahman, Executive Director, Automobile Division 3, added, “This is the largest 5S Center in Suzuki’s global service network, reflecting our deep commitment to customer convenience, safety, and innovation. With 22,000 SFT of world-class service space, 32 ramps for faster and smarter delivery, and full integration of service, spare parts, riding school, and technician training—we are setting a new standard in the industry while carrying forward Suzuki’s proud legacy of excellence.”
Located at Shahid Aziz Hall Road, 67 Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208, the new largest service arena is set to become a hub of excellence, where innovation, safety, and customer trust come together to shape the future of motorcycling in Bangladesh.
As part of this special initiative, Suzuki Bangladesh is offering 25% discounts on service charges and Ecstar lubricants from 1 November to 15 November 2025.
