DHAKA : Meghna Bank PLC has signed an agreement for its 2nd Subordinated Bond worth BDT 400 crore with BRAC EPL Investment Limited, who is acting as the sole arranger of the issuance. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of senior officials from both organizations, according to a press release.
Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Managing Director CEO of Meghna Bank PLC, and Syed Rashed Hussain, Chief Executive Officer of BRAC EPL Investment Limited, formally signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions.
Also present at the event Sajib Kumar Saha, CFO of Meghna Bank PLC, alongside other key officials from both Meghna Bank and BRAC EPL Investment Limited.
