DHAKA : The 46 th Board Meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 13 July, 2025. Honorable chairman of the Board of the Directors of the bank Md. Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee Md. Humayun Kabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA, Independent Directors Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting. Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Iqbal attended the meeting on the occasion. In the meeting, discussed in details on bank deposits, investment, foreign trade, expatriate income and various ongoing issues and were expressed thanks for the trust of the people at all levels in Union Bank.
