DHAKA : Midland Bank PLC (MDB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pizza Hut, the renowned US-based international restaurant chain celebrated globally for its iconic pizzas and more, on July 9, 2025. The MoU signing ceremony took place at the Board Room of Midland Bank’s Head Office in Gulshan-2, Dhaka. Md. Nazmul Huda Sarkar, Chief Technology Officer of Midland Bank, and Farhan Hadi, Head of Marketing of Pizza Hut, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations, according to a press release.
Under this partnership, every Midland Bank cardholder will receive a complimentary pizza coupon worth BDT 299 (one Ultimate Hot Chicken – personal pizza) from Pizza Hut Bangladesh as a welcome gift upon card issuance. Each coupon can be redeemed once, upon a minimum purchase of BDT 500 from the regular à la carte menu at any Pizza Hut outlet across Bangladesh. The coupon is valid exclusively for à la carte menu items and cannot be applied to combo meals, deals, or special offers.
Md. Abed-Ur-Rahman, Head of Cards, Midland Bank; along with Md. Akib Shikder Neloy, Deputy Manager, Marketing Assistant Manager of Pizza Hut were also present at the event, along with officials from both organizations.
