Bikroy is set to launch its 4th Online property event for 2025

Dhaka : Bikroy, the largest online Marketplace in Bangladesh, is all set to host its 4th Online Property Fair in collaboration with PropertyGuide. The event will be launched in September 2025 and is anticipated to be one of the biggest online real estate shows in the country so far, changing the way buyers interact with the property market, according to a press release.

This flagship real estate event has been a huge success in the property sector of Bangladesh. Building on the success of previous years, last year’s campaign reached 2.2 million unique reach and 10,000+ interested buyers, showing the strong demand and growing trust in online property solutions.

This year, Bikroy plans to partner with over 20 top real estate companies and an exclusive banking partner who will offer special home loan packages for all types of buyers.

With the theme “Affordable property solutions for the middle class” this year, the fair will have a wide range of property options from budget housing in emerging areas to high-end apartments in urban locations. Participants will be able to see 20,000+ listings, from residential flats to commercial spaces to land plots. Over 100 new and exclusive projects will be launched during this digital event.
