DHAKA : The government will form the information commission soon, an official release said, reports BSS.
“The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has taken initiative in this regard,” said a ministry press release. A notification on the formation of the information commission will be issued in a few days. According to the Right to Information Act, 2009, this commission will be formed with appointing one Chief Information Commissioner and two Information Commissioners. At least one of the two Information Commissioners will be a woman.
