400th board meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held

The 400^th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 22^nd October 2025 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank.The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The 400^th meeting of the Board of Directors celebrated with cutting a cake. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus & Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, TaheraFaruque, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
