SJIB holds 278th audit committee meeting

The 278^th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC held on 28^th April 2026 at it’s Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by Md. Reazul Karim the Chairman of Board Audit Committee of the Bank. Among others the Director of the Bank & Member of the Committee Fakir Mashrikuzzaman and Fakir Maniruzzaman were participated in the meeting. The Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting, a press release said.
