Fortune Barishal dropped Najmul Hossain for their heavyweight clash against Chittagong Kings at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on Sunday. Winning the toss, Barishal elected to bowl first.
Najmul has been going through a bad patch in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). He managed to score only 56 runs from the 5 innings he batted with 41 being his highest score in an innings this season.
He was booed quite a few times by the crowd in Dhaka and Chattogram.
Rishad Hossain returned to the playing XI in place of Najmul.
